This regulation is made to deal with the illegal retreat of foreign investment. In recent years, the illegal retreat of foreign investment has caused serious economic demages to China. Affected by the global financial crisis, some more foreign investment companies intend to retreat from China. In recent two months, about 80 billion USD foreign capital has retreated from China. That's why China issues a guidance to cope with this issue. What are your thoughts of this? |

![]() | FDI in China is mostly in the form of physical capital assets which is hard to retreat. Foreign investments in capitla market has limitation in Mainland, so overseas speculators has no playground in China. |
