Where can some of my fiancees documents be obtained in China

LOUIS6589 Points: Join Date: Dec 14, 2008 Status: offline	My friends, My fiancee is having trouble with were to find her Chinese Birth Certificate, I was told by a friend the Ministry of Justice. My fiancee was not sure if she has heard of this office, is it called something else in China. Does anyone know where to go in Jilin City for a Birth Certificate? Also, my fiancee and I met in a country neither of us are from, i have proof we have met(pictures together) etc. but she has already thrown away all of her iteneraries, plane ticket stubs, and such. Am i going to need to go to China to reestablish proof of meeting her?

Louis I can't answer your questions about the birth certificate.

Your proof (pics, your itinerary, correspondence etc.) should be sufficient, but of course the more you have the better. Also one meeting is enough, but more would be better as proof of a genuine relationship.

You don't have to go to China, you could meet elsewhere again if you like.
Out of curiosity, in which country did you meet with your fiance?
