DONT PANIC!!! ITS MORE MENTAL, THE FISHBONE WILL NOT KILL YOU!!! GENTLY TILT YOUR HEAD BACK AND MASSAGE YOUR THROAT. ONCE YOU LOCATE AREA OF BONE, MASSAGE FROM INSIDE OUT (use your tounge to push and break it up) SCRATCH THROAT UNTIL BROKEN PEICES COME UP OR GO DOWN. U MAY EVEN BE ABLE TO SEE IT IN THE BACK OF YOUR THROAT.

I HAD TO USE TWEEZERS ONCE BECAUSE FISHBONE WAS BRIDGED BETWEEN BOTH TONSILS. YEP...I PUKED TWICE IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING.

GUEST19011	Believe me,I ate some steamed fish and a bone was stuck in my throat, i know that the first time u will surely panic, but all u have to do is to roll few balls rice into swallowble size, but not tiny one that can slip down your throat easily, so that it can bring the bone down together, remember to keep water by your side in case of choking, of all else fails, make an effort to visit the doctor.
