| Hi, You know China have many provinces. Every provinces have its specialities. I like Sichuan Dishes most. Spicy, peper , woo, delicious. Like famous kung pao chicken.,Mapo Tofu,Pork Lungs in Chili Sauce! What is your favorite? |

| I like spicy Chinese food. With my knowledge I can´t tell if it has been Sichuan or some other, my knowledge is limited to Guangxi. We do have Sichuan pepper and chili at home and we use them about daily cookings. Tofu is one of my favourites and I really liked the way they cook shrimps. Carlos |

| I would have to say Hunanese cooking otherwise the wife might kick me where it hurts! he he good job I like hot and spicy food. Most of the Chinese food we get in the UK is Cantonese but I like it all the same. Alan |
