| I have found out this is my girlfriends favourite so I have arranged to have so delivered when I am in China and cook it for her birthday. Can anyone suggest a few recipes on what I can do with it please. |

| Dave, there is an easy way to cook Jinhua ham. What you need to prepare: 2 eggs (egg white only) and Jinhua ham. How to do: Mix egg white with lard, simmer with gentle heat and stir the mixture slightly. Then scatter minced Jinhua ham, stir for a second and simmer for 10 minutes. I got this recipe from a Chinese website. I don't know how it tastes because I haven't tried it yet. You can have a try. |
