which the best way to travel from shnaghi to qingdao.
air bus is expensive which is other best way and how much time it will take?

Flights on budget airline Spring Airlines are cheap if you book in advance (you need a Chinese bank card with e-banking enabled though). Train isn't very fast, though timings are markedly faster than a couple of years back.
If you're tight for cash and can't splurge on a flight then train would be your best option.
