![]() | "At New Year's Eve, where should I go?" Can you help those couples who are the only chidren in their own families? Usually, people will gather together to enjoy family reunion dinner. However, some young couples will meet a problem at New Year's Eve:" Where should they go to enjoy the dinner at New Year's Eve?" The husband insists that they should go to his parents' home while the wife hopes that they could go to her parents' home. Both have enough reasons to persuade the other side. Do you have any good suggestions for those couples? Where do you suggest to spend their New Year's Eve? |

![]() | If the parents live in the same area why not combine the celebration? Perhaps take both to a nice restaurant and save one of them all the hard work cooking. This is a perrenial problem in western countries too, but usually for Christmas. Some families alternate each year but visit the other parents the following day. (Boxing day in the UK) |

![]() | Gaffer, if their parents live closely, there is no problem. But it is a problem whose parents live far away from each other. Many young couples in this condition make a deal on this matter. This year, they will go to their husbands' home to spend Spring Festival. Next year, the wives' side. |
