The current global financial crisis has influenced almost all of us’s daily lives. When do you think the global financial crisis will end? The end of this financial crisis depends greatly on the state of U.S economy. Obama has vowed to revive U.S economy? Do you think how soon will U.S economy recover? When will the current financial crisis end?

It's hard to say. Mass layoff plan just began in '09. Here is a telecom giant annouced bankrupcy. Its ceo is valued at 1.2 million /per year plus stock options accmpanied by 1 billion USD loss /per year with its stock share plunging to penny from a hundred.

As per stock market states, it has not touched the bottom line until 2012. And China will finalize construction of infrastructure in 3 year. It's a global economy now, hope USA will allow Sino investment capital to enter its industry and commerce besides T-bills, T-bonds and realeste.

Some people say that the influence of the credit crisis will last at least for ten years. Do you think so?

GUEST09151 Refering to the argument that deregulated countries tend to save less during crisis may be the only hope we have right now. I believe that the crisis will continue till we get the real figures of CDS and establish a clearinghouse for them in a recognized exchange trade. This may take a while. I predict that 2009 will be a tough year and by the second quarter of 2010 we will see improvement. The good news is that the worst part of crisis is over. By 2010 there will be again huge competition between banks and this will foster the economy once again till it collapse:)

GUEST18186 more accurately, it's an economic plunge triggerred by over-speculation of credit market and financial derivatives. and at the same time, other deep-rooted problems exposed like unproductivity and inefficiency in some business lines and cure processing is going on i.e, literally cutting benefits, salaries, more fierce competition in labor market which is very painful because the west is losing its advantage with the development of emerging industry giants, India and China. And again, the signal of recovery, personal opinion, will not be stock market any more.

Not only US but every country is taking serious and best possible steps to face out this economy crisis. But theses collective efforts will take some time to deliver the expected results. One way to save big on national expenses may be to curtail the pump & show, security or luxury budget being used just for high profile people.

The last huge financial crisis needed a war to bring it to an end. History is likely to repeat itself.
