Dumpling, or Jiaozi, is the must-eat food for Chinese northerners on the Chinese Lunar New Year. As the festive day is approaching, large shopping malls are launching various commercial promos. I feel sad to read such materials, big dumpling, big mooncake etc. You know what? They are just made for show. When shows are over, nobody want them. A report that a very big mooncake was used to feed pigs after it was shown to the public.
