Men, and for that matter also women, go to pubs for a variety of reasons not all of which are predatory. The fact that you "do not know any man or Asian man for that matter who would go to a pub to find a serious relationship" says more about your circle of friends than humanity in general. Simply because you have not met such men should not exculde the fact that such men exist. Your personal low opinion of men should not be used to prejudice others in this forum who are less jaded and more formative than yourself. If I were to issue a similar warning to all men in this forum that... women "go to pubs to drink and hope they might be able to score with the" men...would you not consider me sexist? Of course you would! |

| Pubs seem to have no difference from tea house that used to be very popular in neighborhood back to my childhood in my homecity. People chat casually, read newspaper and rest to attain mental tranquility, etc. I have a Chinese friend who used to run a small pub in greek neighborhood and I feel it's a nice, quiet, relaxing place generally speaking. |
