![]() | I am confused about the tourist L visa to China. I want to travel and stay for up to 60 days in China but when I did a researched on China visa, it says that I can apply for 1 entry which is valid for 90 days but I can only stay a maximum of 30 days. I don't understand what this means? Does it mean my visa is valid for 90 days but once I'm in China, they will stamp my visa for only 30 days? |

![]() | The restrictions you mention are not standard and most people would not have any problem getting 60 days, though sometimes there might be a limit of 30 days per entry but allowed two or more entries (perhaps all depending on nationality). I would recommend that you check your information, preferably with the visa consulate where you would apply. A visa issued outside the mainland has an 'enter before' date. Your entry, or final entry if it is a dual or multiple entry visa, must be by midnight of the day before. Each entry may last as long as the period specified. My last visa was a three month multiple entry visa and the enter before date was set 6 months from the date of issue. That gave me a total of 9 months visa if I used it from the date of issue and the last entry is for 3 months |
