"As for global economies, 2008 was a year of global financial crisis. 2009 is a year of recession. 2010 will be a year of resurgence for those developing economies but a year of stagnation for the western economies." An economist of Standard Chartered Bank analysed in his report.

What do you think of his words?

China and the USA are the engines of the world’s economies.

If the USA and China's economies are stagnated the world will starve.

GUEST18186 USA with the most creative, vital working force is alway a wind vane of global economy and politics. He is a big brother who is the only one that gains the capabilities to take major responsibilites of world affairs.

JOSH (Or BY?), if you don't want to answer, just go away silently. Nobody forces you to give your answer.

Though I didn’t go through that report but it is sure that not only 2010 but ongoing economic crisis will continue to affect every country’s economy and development for at least two three years.

2009 is a year of great peril and great opportunity. Let us hope all of us can distinguish between perilous opportunities and peril. As for the world at large, it is likely to be a disastrous year.

I hope we have already seen the bottom where my friends and I are not sufferring slump as the economy and we are optimistic about the future as well. 'Peril' and 'Opportunity' accompany each other the same way as 'risk' and 'return' do!
