![]() | On a more serious note I can appreciate your embarrassment. On a trip to Indonesia I spent a few days at a Spa hotel high up in the mountains. A tranquil place where you could look down on the clouds in the valley each morning, but every day there was a torrential downpour. Umbrellas and sandles were provided for trips between buildings and bungallows. The package included fitness exercises, weight training, spa treatments and massage. One evening after dinner, during such a downpour I managed to lose a slip on sandle and fell down some stone steps grazing ankles, shins, knees and thighs...and bruising elbows and pride. The next day after a painful dawn hike was a full body massage .....not the most pleasing experience. I'm not sure which caused most pain the massage or the embarrassment |
