![]() | This dish isn't done by me. I just got those pictures from the internet. Materials: 3 tomatos, 400 grams spareribs and 3 slices of ginger. Seasonings: 1 tablespoon edible oil, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Step 1 Cut spareribs into sections (each about 4 cm), mix them with 1/2 tablespoon salt and ginger slices and then marinade for 15 minutes. ![]() |
