What you need to prepare: 2 pig feet (front feet are better), 50 grams dried winter-picked mushroom, some lettuce, 4 slices of ginger, 2 pieces of anise.

Seasonings: 2 tablespoons edible oil, 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 50 grams rock sugar.

1. Cut 2 pig feet into pieces and wash them. Then quick-boil in boiling water for 1 minute, squeeze soaked winter-picked mushroom and get rid of the butts and tear lettuce into pieces.
