According to the statistics released by Chinese government yesterday, more than 20 million migrant workers have lost their jobs and got back to their homes due to the global financial crisis. In othe words, about 15.3 percent of Chinese migrant workers have lost their jobs. "The job losses are the direct result of the global economic crisis and its impact on export-oriented manufacturers." An Chinese official said. He also warned that such a great deal of migrant workers woulb be a big challenge to social stability. BTW, this figure is much higher than that of 12 million that Premier Wen Jiabao said. |

| I think there is no need to worry about social estability because of recent job cuts. Most of the people who recently lost their job especialize in one trade or the other.
