Beijing to Dagang vis Tianjin

I want to go from the Beijing Airport to Dagang at 8 pm on a sunday night, what choices have I got. I know there is a bus going from the airport to Tianjin or I can take a train from Beijing to Tianjin then catch a bus to Dagang. Do the buses run from to Tianjin to Dagang after 8 pm on a sunday? Which is faster to takea bus from the airport or take a taxi to the train station and then the train.
