Fried drumsticks with taro!

Materials: 2 drumsticks (350 grams), 500 grams taro, 1 carrot, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 cup of flour.

Marinade:1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon egg white and 1 tablespoon starch.

Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon white sugar.

Step 1 Wash and chop drumsticks into small pieces. Mix them with 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon egg white and 1 tablespoon starch and then marinade for 20 minutes.

Step 2 Wash and peel taro and carrot and then cut them separately into small dices.

Step 3 Dip chopped drumstick pieces in flour.

Step 4 Heat 1 bowl of edible oil, fry drumstick pieces until they turn golden. Then drain and take them out.

Step 5 Fry minced garlic until fragrant, then add taro pieces in and fry until they turn yellowish. Finally add carrot pieces in and fry them together with taro.

Step 6 Add two bowls of water, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon white sugar to flavour.

Step 7 Boil coveredly with fierce heat. After boiling, stew with gentle heat for 20 minutes.

Step 8 Add fried drumstick pieces, stir and boil coveredly with medium heat for 10 minutes.

Then it is done.
