![]() | The photos in this recipe is not taken by me. I got them on a website ![]() Materials: 2 drumsticks (350 grams), 500 grams taro, 1 carrot, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 cup of flour. Marinade:1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon egg white and 1 tablespoon starch. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon white sugar. Step 1 Wash and chop drumsticks into small pieces. Mix them with 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon egg white and 1 tablespoon starch and then marinade for 20 minutes. ![]() |
