waiting for the embassy to schedual interview

is anybody else in this situation, or recently been past this? Got the notice from nvc 3 weeks ago...does anyone have a current timeline they have experienced?.....I did the k-1 thing 3 years ago, and was sucessful...however it didn't work out..it took about 1 month to get her appointment schedualed from guangzhou, and they gave her 3 month notice to prepare. That was 3 years ago...wondering if the timeline is any different lately.

when did you get notified that NVC approved you, and sent to the Embasst Cosulate?...NVC notified me in Feb.06 this year...The first 2 process's went by rather quickly i thought...I knew there would be a slow down in the amount of applications filed during the Olympics, and during the hot summer. I originally filed in Sept. 26. 08...barely 4 1/2 months later appl. going to guangzhou...that's not bad considering what I've heard lately.
