I have 3 Days in Hong Kong Where should I stay, Where Should i go?

There are webresources that will be helpful, there are hotel booking sites and a good site from the Hong Kong tourist board. things to see/do: Peak tram, the Symphony of Lights in Hong Kong harbour every evening, markets in Mongkok, Star Ferry. Not a great city for walking but there is a great metro, good bus connections and tram on Hong Kong island. Very easy for the traveller as everything is singposted in English and a visit to the HK board of tourism office will get you all the information and maps you need. have fun!
