Stewed pork with picked Chinese cabbage and vermicelli!

Materials: Streaky pork (200 grams), pickled Chinese cabbage (150 grams), vermicelli (100 grams),1/2 spring onion, 2 slices of ginger and 1 tablespoon Chinese pricky ash.

Step 1 Wash and slice streaky pork, cut vermicelli into two sections and soak them in water for a while. cut spring onion into sections and slice ginger.

Step 2 Heat 1 tablespoon edible oil and fry streaky pork.

Step 3 Heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, fry Chinese pricky ash until fragrant with gentle heat and then take it out. Quick-fry ginger slices and spring onion and then stir-fry them with streaky pork for a second.

Step 4 Add pickled Chinese cabbage and fry the mixture together.

Step 5 Add 2 bowls of clear water, stir the mixture, boiled coveredly with fierce heat. After boiling, stew with gentle heat for 5 minutes.

Step 6 Put vermicelli in and boil for 5 minutes with gentle heat, add 1/4 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder to flavour.
