Furniture: one air conditioner, 1 refrigerator, satellite TV channels, 1 washing machine, 1 microwave oven, some kitchen utilities, one king sized bed,writing desk, etc. and esp. internet broadband access, 24 hours elevator and hot water, security service. 2. Location: My apartment belongs to Zijin Park,lies in the core of Zhongguancun in Beijing, near the ZHICHUNLU subway station, which is intersection point of subway line 13 and line 10. 3.Rent requirements: At least 1 year for rent, 500USD per month.
