This is a Condo named A-Z town at JianShe Road, and is owned by individuals. It is located on the 11th floor of totally 26 floors, and it is a brand new developed complex started in 2008. The management fees for this Condo is approximately ￥110 RMB per month, and yes we are the first owners. It has a 4.3-width living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus dining area and balcony. This building development is close to ShaHe River and many other natural parks. Also it is close to banking, shopping, hospital, university (University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) etc. This house has under ground private parking. It is also a luxury building, because it does not have a first floor but instead the first floor is made into a rest area and exercise area with many green plants and trees. It is a very nice house for living or for working. Our house rent fee is: 600USD per month.
