| GUESTALI | Hi, I need your help urgently.. I am from Pakistan , wanted to come to china for one year chinese language program, I got the admission letter and JW202 form. I went to apply for visa at Chinese Consulate at Karachi, Pakistan, the visa officer said for some document in his accent taht I couldn't understand and abruptly he crossed my Jw202 and stamped my passport!! Stamp just mentions date and Karachi written in Chinese. Someone told me I can never apply for Chinse visa again! I didn't get it, why? I had all the docs and was applying for Chinese visa first time. My only crime is I didn't understand his Chinese-English. How do I get out of this.. Please help, thanks a lot |

| GUEST15142 | I had old USA passport that had error in name that also have china visa stamp in old passport so I apply for lost passport and receive a correct name. I took my passport to have china visa they rejected because I had different name on their file and they need a proof of certificate that I came from china because I am USA citizen but not born in USA but when I came to USA all my documents in china have been canceled so I don't have proof that I am from china I remember ten years ago I apply for china visa I just give them USA passport with application and money now it so confused please anyone help me what should I do |

| GUESTLAOLAO1... | I am a Singaporean male planning to marry a Chinese girl. We both met in Singapore, dated and we agreed it will be best we both move and stay permanently in China. However im in my mid 30s with a heart condition. What are the chances I can ever get a visa, leading to permanent residency status to be together with my wife to be? Her family is not from the cities and they farm for living. Will my heart problems be a big obstacle for my visa application to be rejected? What are my chances of being together with her without the authorities separating us because of visa/health related issues? Thank you for the replies. |

| GUEST86532 | My China visa application was recently denied. As usual they give no explanation. I have no criminal record or background that would normally deny me a visa. I am a US citizen. However my father is from Tibet & I have a Tibetan name. I've heard China routinely denies tourist visas to Tibetans for political reasons. It's pretty blatant racial discrimination |
