There's no such thing as a visa extension:you can however apply for a new visa within China - usually twice before having to leave the country and apply externally

Hello Mr.Brit/Italian,
I'm in a similar situation as you are now, only my chinese wife is pregnant and all, so I cannot really stay outside for 3 months. I've tried to apply twice, once with my "stared" passport and 2nd time with a "temporarily" passport. Both time got rejected. I was told the same thing, that I should go back home to Sweden and apply for a visa there. I'm however afraid I won't get a new VISA until 3 months after! Anyway to get into China again, with.. let say a tourist visa? Anyway they can track my overstay? I assume I would tick the "no refused visa ever"?
Please advice, as I'm pretty desperate to getting back into China, without having my pregnant wife worry too much.
Thanks.
/Swede

It's not a problem at all. Don't report it to the consular officers or write it on the papers.

GUESTBLACKLI... Earlier today, I got denied my student visa application in China at the local PSB. I asked the reason why and they said the agent who did my visa last year was illegal. However, my recent visa has been okay and I have been able to go travel around China and in and out of China with no problem. There's no stamp on my passport that I have been blacklisted or anything but I would like to know if this could be appealed to be reversed because I was unaware of the agent's illegal activities.

I am an Indian. I used to frequently traveling between China and India for my business. On 2008/03/05 I visited Beijing from Guangzhou on my business trip. I was dragged into some in appropriate situations due to my personal and family problems. I made an attempt to suicide in a Beijing hotel room. It was all happened with a tendency of sudden emotional outburst and unfortunately succumbed to the same. I teared off my valid passport and visa in that bad situation. Later I survived in Hospital. At that moment I carried my return ticket with me from Hong Kong to Mumbai issued by Cathy pacific Airlines. But I was not allowed by police to travel Hong Kong and they bought a new ticket by Ethiopian Airlines from Beijing to New Delhi. So that I have been sent off to India on EC.
After I returned from China, I Understand I have done a great mistake in my life was to attempt suicide. After my return I got my passport and I applied for China visa on 2008/09/25 in New Delhi. It has been rejected and I was not told any reason for the same. I thought that it was Block listed by China Embassy as the consequence of above said incident.
Please advise me any body, can I get visa again to China? I approached China Embassy in New Delhi, but they are not giving any information.
