How much for Chinese visa when applied in Hong Kong

Hi

I'm a U.S. Passport holder. How much does it cost to apply for tourist visa single and double entry?

How much is the rush and 2-3 day fees?

The prices for US citizens are the same regardless of duration and number of entries. My recollection is that it's about 1000rmb, around $150. The rush visa does cost more, I think about 200 rmb but not sure.
