| GUESTHAN | It is good and appropriate that China act to ensure its territories (all of it) are not violated or abused by any other country; and this includes the U.S. which recently conducted illegal surveys within China's exclusive zones off Hainan Island. Because Chinese vessels caused the American survey ship leave the area, Obama has ordered American war ships to the area - they claimed that their vessel was operating within international maritime boundary. China must expand and upgrade its naval fleet continually in line with the nation's aspiration to defend its territory - this is very important. In the past, American, British, European and Japanese expansionism has cause the Chinese people great suffering and hardship; now China must ensure history does not repeat itself. Long live the People's Republic of China! |
