| Ingredients: 500 grams (1.1 lb) live prawns 50 grams (3 tbsp) strong liquor 100 grams (6 tbsp) red wine 10 grams (2 tsp) vinegar 10 grams (1/3 oz) finely cut scallions 5 grams (1/6 oz) chopped ginger 20 grams (1.5 tbsp)soy sauce 5 grams (1/6 tsp) salt 10 grams (2 tsp) orange juice Directions: Wash the prawns clean and place them in a container. Add the vinegar, salt, scallion, ginger, soy sauce, red wine, liquor and orange juice. Shake well and put them aside for some moments before bringing them out on a plate to serve. Feature: Very fresh. Taste: Tender and delicious. |

| This is an interesting dish !!!! The prawns are alive when they are marinated in the alcoholic sauce. Just wondering if they a dead drunks????????????? Or just happy drunks....................... I'm not sure I would like to eat live prawns................... |
