| The nearest train station to Xingang port is Tanggu train station. There're some D trains (fastest) leaving from Beijing South train station. From Tanggu train station, take a taxi to the port. Beijing South -- Tanggu: C2273 (1045--1139) C2275 (1235--1329) C2277 (1555--1649) C2279 (1850--1944) |

| Are you asking about Beijing South -- Tanggu, or the opposite direction? |

| If you know for sure that you need to be on a certain train then I would probably opt to book in advance as there're only 4 trains daily. If you need help with tickets, email me at yahoo.com|ellyse99 and put "TravelChinaGuide" and your own username in the subject line. Xingang city centre? Do you mean Tianjin instead? I don't think it's worth staying in Xingang for a night, but Tianjin might be ok. |
