guest10228 I'm touring shanghai, suzou, hangzhou, and huang shan in 12 days... is that too long or too short? Meanly for sightseeing. not so interested in shopping, but to sightseeing, and wanted to spent more time at Huangshan. Any good advice as to how long to stay in haung shan for a relaxing yet enjoyable scenic tour? Roughly what is the cost going to be like on a single traveller basis.

Shanghai: 3-4 days
Suzhou: 1-2 days
Hangzhou: 2-3 days
Huangshan 2-3 days
Sounds like you should have enough time, assuming you have 12 full days.
When are you travelling?
Cost will vary according to which sights you visit, mode of transport, type of accommodation... this is asking how long a piece of string is, impossible to answer!
