Steamed Spareribs with Prune Powder!

Notice: I found this recipe on the internet and just wanted to share it with you.

Ingredients: 2 spareribs (300 grams), 1/2 carrot, 2 parsleys, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic.

Marinade: 1 tablespoon prune powder, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar and 1 tablespoon edible oil.

Step 1 Wash spareribs, cut them into sections (each about 5 cm) and marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Mash the garlic and peel the carrot and cut it into narrow strips.

Step 3 Get rid the leaves of the parsley, wash and cut them into sections.

Step 4 Mix parsley, carrot and minced garlic with spareribs.

Step 5 Steam spareribs coveredly with fierce heat for 30 minutes.

Step 6 Place steamed spareribs on a plate and pour soup on it.
