Take A43 airport shuttle bus from {Hong Kong,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/} Airport to Sheung Shui Station (HK$29.2) and then take East Rail to Lo Wu, pass the border to reach {Shenzhen,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/shenzhen/}.

Take East Rail to Lo Wu, pass the border to reach Luohu, Shenzhen. Then you have two ways:

No.1 Take Luobao Line (subway) to Jichangdong (SHenzhen airport East).
No.2 Take No. 330 airport shuttle bus at the West Square of SHenzhen Railway Station to the airport. Ticket: CNY 20. The earliest bus leaves at 07:30.
