There're direct buses from Pudong airport to Yiwu, but it doesn't make sense for you to wait all the way till 1310.
Take airport shuttle no.7 to Shanghai South long-distance bus station (final terminus) for 20 RMB/pax. Note that the earliest departure is at 0750, journey time about 1+ hour. I estimate that you'd reach around 0900.
Instead of the airport shuttle, you could also opt to take a taxi for about 160-180 RMB depending on traffic conditions.
Hopefully you're in time to get tickets (96 RMB/pax) for the 0915 departure to Yiwu, journey time 3.5 hours. Otherwise you'll have to wait for the departure at 1045.
