electrical supply in Tibet

Hi

As i will be bringing my digital camera around tibet, may I know if there will be electrical supply 230v/50hz....outside lhasa?

any convenient spot to recharge my battery?

Electrical outlets can be found in the hotels, bars, restaurants,etc. but you'd better bring a transformer as the voltage in China is 220v/50hz.
