Seeking help to track down a seller from eachnet.com

I paid him on 26 March 2009 via Western Union which he acknowledged on the same day and subsequently advised that he mailed the items on Saturday, 28 March. He indicated it will take 3-5 days to arrive in Australia. To date, I haven't received these items and it's more than a month now. Can anyone based in Guangdong help me track down this person or refer my case to the Police? Here's Mr Wei Liu's details: Address: No. 18 Guangsha Rd.
