![]() | There's no train to anywhere from Pudong airport. If you want the most direct route, there're buses for Pudong airport -- Kunshan, leaving at 1030, 1130, 1230, 1330, 1430, 1530, 1630, 1730, 1830 and 1930. Fare is 76 RMB. Otherwise, you'll have to take airport shuttle no.5 (18 RMB/pax) or a taxi (roughly 160 RMB depending on traffic conditions) to Shanghai main train station, then catch a train to Kunshan. If you've any more queries, email me at yahoo.com|ellyse99 and put "TravelChinaGuide" and your own username (eg DEL4SPURS) in the subject line, thanks. |

![]() | Hi. Thanks for the information. How long does the bus from pudong take to get to Kunshan. Would it be easier to take the maglev to Shanghai. Does the maglev stop at Shanghai main railway station. How often does the train from Shanghai to kunshan leave Shanghai. I tried to use your email address but I got a failure to send notice. Thanks again for your help. Derek |

![]() | The bus for Pudong airport -- Kunshan takes around 1.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions. No, it would not make any sense to take the Maglev to anywhere. It only dumps you off at Longyang Lu metro stop in the boonies of Pudong, nowhere near any train station where you could catch a train to Kunshan. It doesn't stop at Shanghai main train station. There're 36 trains for Shanghai -- Kunshan daily, from 0540 to 2333. However not all are necessarily fast, though most are. Frequency varies. I'm not sure why you thought the email didn't go through, I received at least 1 email from you successfully. |
