Is it good time to buy house under the financial crisis?

Influenced by the financial crisis, the real estate market has been impacted heavily. As a result, the house price decreased. Most of my friends said that it is good time to buy house now, and they said that the house price will increase a lot after the crisis. Can anybody give me some ideas? Thank you.

Of course it is. Buy cheap, sell high price.

The markets goes up and down, sometimes sooner, sometimes later. If you buy now, perhaps your house is paid when next low comes. If you sell when the price is high and wait a little time, you can buy a new one cheap again. If you don´t want to sell you can simply be happy the crisis don´t affect you then.
