The leagal marriage age in China

We know that the leagal marriage age is more than 22 for male and above 20 for female according to the Chinese law in China. Is this regulation applicable for foreigners marrying with a Chinese citizen?

As far as I know, foreigners applying marriage in China also have to obey the rule.
