Recently, Microsoft has cut off the MSN service port of Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan and North Korea. Some think that Microsoft hasn't taken care of users any more, some think it is Microsoft's stratagem of staff reducing and some think Microsoft just goes by the rules like other local USA enterprises.
