The joint war game will be held in mid July, 2009. The first phase is political consultation in Khabarovsk, and the second and the third phases will be in China.In the war game, both sides will assign 1,300 solders, and Russia will call out their motorized infantry and paratrooper of far east as well as 20 planes and helicopters..

Russia has never ever been ally to China even if during the time when they had the same political and economic system. I can tell you the truth how Chinese think of Russians: it is arrogant, full of conceit, lack of trustworthiness and wisdom...The event is strategic thing for their own national benefits instead of friendship.

There were Texas military contractors involved. Of course, I am not familiar with the what, when and why of it both in China/Russia and Taiwan/U.S.
