There are 3BR, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a reading room, a storeroom, 4 balconies and an indoor stairs. The apartment has been fully furnished and have almost all the necessary home appliances needed. The house is located in a very modern community which is about 5 minutes drive to the BADALING expressway. It is about 15 minutes drive to the ZHONGGUANCUN district, 15 minutes drive to Beijing Language and Culture University, 20 minutes to Beijing International Trading Center, and 20 minutes to Beijing International Airport. The house had been rent by an American couple and 2 Korean students studying in Beijing Language and Culture University.
