Su Zhou soy sauce hard tofu, my favorit snack. The sweet sap sprays each time you chew it. It was sold in small boxes as far as i can remember. Once you give it a first try, you just can't stop yourself from eating more and more...

It's produced in Su Zhou city, Jiang Su province. You know People from Shanghai, Northern Zhe Jiang and Southern Jiang Su province like to eat sweet stuff.

The thread seems for sweety suff.

Here is another one. I believe aspats here are not quite familiar with East China. So I am concentrating on the cuisine in this areas.

Wu Xi Meat bone is a famous Wu Xi ( a beautiful city in Jiang Su Province)local cuisine The cooking arts of it is only available in Wu Xi because they have secret recipe. Meat floss with crispy bone taste succulent and smells aromatic.
