Getting married in Beijing

I am planning to get married in Beijing. I am German national, currently working in Beijing and my fiancee is Indonesian.
1. Can anyone tell me where we can register our marriage? Is birth certificate also needed?
2. Where can we translate all our document? How long doed it takes and how much is the fee for that?
3. And also should we translate all our documents into English first then to Chinese?
