Where is the best places to buy tea?
We will be visiting Beijing, Kunming, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. What are the best teas?

Hello again,

You should go to tea shops - there you can try all the different kinds and choose the ones you like best. You can be sure about the quality. You might get them cheaper in big supermarkets like Carrefour, Metro and other places but you can? check the quality.
You get the most famous sorts everywhere,
my favourites are the Lungjing or Dragonswell Green Tea from Hangzhou and these delicious and beautiful Jasmine Tea balls that open up in hot water and show the different flowers which were kept inside.
A rougher taste, more of earth is the Pu Er Tea, which comes from Yunnan. You get it in different pressed forms, sometimes with writings on them. As a present I once bought the Chinese Chess or Nine Mens Morris made out of Pu Er.

Ginseng oolong is worth trying.
Never drink strong tea with an empty stomach! It hurts ur stomach!
