Is there a cure for Cancer,HIV and Swine flu?

Is there a cure for these diseases and epidemics or is this a way to hold the population down.
If everyone were cured on this planet would we be better off or worse off?
Financially? Economically?
Would there be enough food and water?

These would be good questions to ask::: The World Health Organization, (USA) Council on Foreign Relations, The Trilateral Commission, mfgs, of genetically controlled seeds, private water corp's.,
CIA, Atlanta Center For Disease Control , plus many others I can't think of right now.

But... I wouldn't expect an answer from them anytime soon.

Swine flu is curable in China.
