BEAR Points: Join Date: Apr 9, 2004 Status: offline	Hello all, I am planning a trip to Hubei and I would appreciate any info anyone could give me on this province.I've checked the web and all the book stores and info on Hubei is limited at best.I am particularly interested in any info on Yichang, Shiyan, Xiangfan and Mount Wudang.I also want to know aboout any safety issues that foreigners should be concerned about(Disease,crime etc.)Thanks in advance.

China is a very safe country for foreigners providing you take basic precautions about your wallet and don't be too flashy. people all very welcoming and often keen to talk to you in English
