If you want to climb with the aim of seeing sunrise, either you climb the night before and stay overnight in the summit area, or you climb in the dark in the wee morning hours. If you climb "early in the morning", I presume that would already be daylight!

GUEST22551 even if we cannot see the sunrise, i'd like to know about the bus service from Huangshan to Jiuhuashan and vice versa. how often and when the last bus leaves at both ends.

Not many buses on these routes.
Jiuhuashan -- Tunxi (Huangshan city) bus leaves at 0700, and will stop at Taiping (northern foot of Huangshan) and Tangkou (southern foot of Huangshan) enroute.
Jiuhuashan -- Tangkou (southern foot of Huangshan) bus leaves at 0700 and 1430, and will stop at Taiping (northern foot of Huangshan) enroute.
Tunxi (Huangshan city) -- Jiuhuashan bus leaves at 1330. Tangkou (southern foot of Huangshan) -- Jiuhuashan bus leaves at 0610.
