I am planning on returning to Shenzhen November 2009 to January 2010 (3 months).

I wish to rent a fully furnished preferably ground floor 2 bedroom apartment up to 4000 RMB per month. Can be a serviced apartment with breakfast restaurant/dinning room with breakfast option.

Must have swimming pool and small gym, high speed internet, security and good access to public transport and supermarkets and restaurants.

I would like to see a floor plan and some pictures of conservative western furnishings.

ADDITIONALLY I note that you also sell some of these apartments, I would also appreciate the details and options now that real estate rentals ands sales in Shenzhen is on the downturn and likely to be so for at least the next 2 years
