 | Dear sir I am from Pakistan. I have a baby and a wife in China.She is Chinese. then she accepted Islam and get married as muslims. we don't have Chinese Marriage Certificate there. Actually the problem is my visa is expired now and i have paid fine to Chinese immigration and bought air ticket then they send me back to Paistan. and my wife and child are still in China and i am in Pakistan...so i want them to come Pakistan but according to Chinese law my child cannot come Pakistan...so i want to go China to get mariage documents according to chinese law. and i have one proof that is i have my baby's birth certificate. please help me i am in great problem. | GUESTANDY | I have been in and out of China for the last 3 years. I did not leave the country every 30 days so I have been overstaying for more than 100 days. They refuse to let me out of the country without aplying for a new visa and paying 5000rmb. I can currently not find a job because of my visa so there is not really any money on my name. I even went so far by asking them just to prohibit me from the country but they refuse. I just want to go back home to my family by any way possible... even if I am not allowed back in it will be fine with me! Any advice? |
