why no flights out of kashgar from nov 1

tried to get a flight booked out of kashgar but nothing is flying out from nov 1 can anyone tell me why this would be the case? will it be too late to see the sights in kashgar late oct.24th on. eg. can you still see the lake, kar. hway, yurts etc.

I would suspect that it would be because of the seasonal change in flight schedules. Much less demand for flights after summer, so no flights scheduled.
